Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using manual dollies and powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Organize inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure proper shelving.
- Perform daily quality control checks and report damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Complete all required paperwork and digital logging accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning labels and handling paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina required (walking, standing, bending, twisting).
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery (training provided).
