Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Sort, pack, and verify merchandise against orders using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers as required.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor dock areas.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
