We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory systems efficiently.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and log them into the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Attitude: Proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime.
