Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records in the management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and cargo vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
