Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
