Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
