Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) including scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Pick, pack, and sort customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid identification and legal authorization to work in the US
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
