The Role
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our fast-paced distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet daily KPIs.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen (no background check required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
