Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight: Safely handle pallets and packages using provided equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check in, tag, and store incoming goods.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Background Check: No background check required; focus is on work ethic and reliability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Driving: Valid driver's license preferred but not always required for indoor roles.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays.
