Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, move stock within the warehouse, and organize storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Performance Metrics: Meet daily productivity goals and efficiency targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (training provided).
