Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety
- Perform quality control checks and documentation of warehouse activities
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
