Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas per safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
