Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using our WMS system
- Pick and pack orders with precision while meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
