Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately log incoming shipments into inventory management system
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
