Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed using RF scanners.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Package and label products according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
