Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
