Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and stage merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.
