Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Load and unload trucks promptly to ensure timely distribution schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly production goals.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (RF scanners) is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
