Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Unload and load delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
