Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming merchandise for damages and verify orders against packing slips.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF guns.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
