Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment within the cold storage facility.
- Monitor temperature logs and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and update digital tracking systems accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below freezing).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
