Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- License: Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Tools: Comfortable using technology such as handheld scanners and computer terminals.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
