Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and navigate industrial environments.
- Equipment: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
