Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy using RF scanners.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality control goals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
