Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Machinery Operation: Safely and legally operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by the role.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep storage aisles organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Data Entry: Input order details accurately into warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data processing and order picking.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
