Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels through scanning and data entry using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks and report any maintenance issues on warehouse equipment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we offer paid on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
