Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs related to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
- License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Certification: Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
