Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will include:
- Efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet strict deadlines.
- Operating heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensuring the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
