Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move inventory efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels using WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to shipping and receiving schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Must be available to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
