Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors).
- Sort, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform inventory checks and label items accurately for tracking.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and instructions clearly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
