Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper securing and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory to ensure stock levels match records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
