Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas efficiently.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using conveyor belts and manual labor.
- Keep Facility Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for scanning items and counting stock.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level).
