The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on high accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (comprehensive training provided).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
