Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF Guns) to scan barcodes and verify inventory levels.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for warehouse driving duties).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
