Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Verify and count incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports.
- Pack and label products to ensure accurate shipment and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
