Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Inspecting merchandise for damage and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we train!).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
