Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before processing for shipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
