Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners (certification provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels using our WMS software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and optimize storage layouts.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
