Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling tasks with high accuracy to minimize errors and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
