Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits as required.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
