Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, following all safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
