Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and process incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing/walking 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and tech adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID (required for background check)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
