Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory on the warehouse floor and in the stockroom to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Package and label goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift certification provided upon hiring).
- Assist in quality control by inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work Full-Time shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and log data.
- Experience: No experience required – we train from scratch!
- Transportation: Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
