Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Optimize warehouse flow through systematic sorting/staging
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Reliable transportation to 2200 N 40th St, Philadelphia, PA
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
