Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse materials
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse/industrial setting
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
