Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, safely and according to guidelines.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Unload incoming freight and organize stock onto shelves according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
