Responsibilities
- Safe Handling: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy to minimize returns.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep storage aisles clear, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift Experience: (Preferred but not required; company provides certification training).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
