Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently load, unload, and move products to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Control: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- License: Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred for some roles).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available for day, swing, or night shifts.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
