Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping labels and daily logs, with precision.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
