Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock throughout the facility.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe by adhering to strict safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements and daily shift activities.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- License: Valid Forklift Certification (if applying for specialized roles) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and ability to read and follow safety instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
